  • 500 grams Little Potato Company Potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 garlic, grated
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • Pinch of sesame seeds
  • Handful of coriander, chopped
  • Splash of vegetable oil

  1. In a good-sized frying pan, add your oil, garlic and ginger. Fry quickly for two minutes. Add soy and teriyaki sauce and simmer, reducing slightly. Meanwhile, cut your cooked Little Potato Company Potatoes in half and add them to the pan. Continue cooking until lightly glazed. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, chopped coriander and serve.

  1. These Asian flavoured potatoes are a great accompaniment for any Asian flavoured entrée, whether it be meat, fish, noodles or rice. I like to add a good teaspoon of hot sauce when the potatoes come out of the pan – stir it in so they each get a little coating and a kiss of the hot sauce. With or without, it still makes a wonderful Asian accent to these Little Potatoes.
