A super easy (and super satisfying) dinner.

SERVES

Ingredients

  • 6-8 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) olive oil
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 cups (710 milliliters) apple butter
  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) peeled, diced apples
  • 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) apple cider
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Set multi-cooker to Sauté and add olive oil.  Once hot, add pork chops to multi-cooker in batches and brown on both sides. Transfer pork chops to a plate.
  3. Add green onions to multi-cooker and sauté until soft. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Turn off Sauté function. Add diced apple and cider to multi-cooker and stir in. Place pork chops on top of apple mixture in multi-cooker. Spoon apple butter over pork chops. Close and lock lid. Close vent. Set to Pressure Cook for 20 minutes. Once cooking has finished, allow steam to release naturally for 20 minutes, then quick release the remainder by opening valve, making sure to vent steam away from you.
  4. Transfer pork chops to serving platter, then spoon over apple mixture from multi-cooker.
