Vegan 'ice cream' with almond butter and frozen bananas!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

Directions

  1. Add bananas, vanilla, and almond butter to a blender or food processor.
  2. Turn on high and make sure to scrape down the sides and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve right away soft, or pop in the freezer for firmer ice cream for an hour.
  4. Garnish with fresh bananas or other fruit.
