4-ingredient brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted

Directions

  1. Place walnuts into the food processor and blend to create a coarse walnut flour. Add dates and cocoa powder and blend until a dough forms. Press mixture into a well greased or parchment-lined baking dish and top with melted chocolate. Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
